I came in to see Rebecca in order to address some hip pain and hopefully avoid surgery. I was also feeling like strictly Western medicine was not getting me the answers or results I needed with additional chronic pain conditions. As a yoga teacher myself I am a strong believer in the mind body connection and its somatic influence, however after a few sessions with Rebecca I was experiencing not only less hip pain, but a clear connection between the hip pain and my emotional pain I was also experiencing at the time.
